- Jobs page: Create, assign and follow every job with its status.

- Reimbursable costs: Mark a cost as reimbursable and it shows as such on the timesheet.
- Xero: Invoices created from AMPS in Xero with items, services and account codes linked; only the bare minimum of client data stored in AMPS.
- Email actions: Email AMPS to create jobs, add costs and file documents.
- Quotes and reports by email: Send quotes and reports directly from AMPS through Mailgun, keeping the record on the job.
Where the money leaks
Between the last weld tested and the invoice: reports emailed but never registered as sent, jobs technicians consider finished but nobody closed, timesheets submitted weeks late, PO numbers retyped wrongly on the invoice.
How AMPS closes the loop
AMPS runs the job pipeline from creation and assignment through execution, reporting, timesheets and closure; a job marked ready for invoicing is visible to administrative staff in real time and the invoice is created in Xero. Reports and quotes go to the client from AMPS so the send is on record. Timesheets are entered per job, exported in batch for whole teams and to payroll, with reimbursable costs shown as such. Email actions let field staff create jobs or add costs by emailing AMPS.
Seeing the margin
All AMPS data is available to Power BI, which is how customers compare job or shutdown performance, costs and time allocation.
