- AI writing assistant: Turn field notes into report text: "MPI on 2 welds, they comply" became "Magnetic Particle Inspection conducted on two circumferential welds confirms compliance with ASME B31.3 standards".
- Ask any document: Ask AMPS anything about one or several documents, for example to summarise the PO number, contact person and job description.
- E-signature and delivery: Sign the report in AMPS, save it to the job's report folder and send it to the client from AMPS.
Why Word
Your report layouts are controlled documents that clients, auditors and your own Level 3 approved. A reporting tool that forces a redesign creates a document-control project before it saves a minute. AMPS keeps the document and removes the retyping.
How it works

For a client you work with often, copy from an old report and AMPS refills only the fields that change with the new job. Complete the technical content on your phone, tablet or computer, ask the AI assistant to improve a paragraph, sign, save and send.
Results
The result is the same Word document you are used to. The report lives in the job’s report folder in your own cloud storage, next to the photos and documents, with the history feature recording who did what and when.
