Capabilities
- Personnel page: Method certificates (UT, MT, PT, RT...), working-at-heights, confined-space and other site tickets, each with its expiry date.
- Equipment page: Calibration certificates and forms for flaw detectors, gauges, yokes and reference blocks.
- Flag system: A warning one month before any certificate, calibration or scheduled inspection falls due.
- Field access: Every asset and job has a QR code; scan it to open the page and its history from a phone.
- Your storage: Certificate files live in your own OneDrive, SharePoint or Google Drive.
The problem
A mid-sized inspection company holds hundreds of dated documents across technicians and equipment. Each lapses on a different date, and one lapse discovered by a client or an accreditation assessor invalidates the reports signed since.
How AMPS handles it
AMPS keeps personnel and equipment certificates on dedicated personnel and equipment pages, and its flag system warns one month before a certificate, calibration document or scheduled inspection falls due, so managers always know what is missing or expiring. Documents are filed in your own cloud storage and every upload or change is recorded by the history feature.
On site
Scan the QR code on an asset or job to reach its page from a phone; scan the QR code printed on the department wall to reach the asset history. Shutdown gate checks become a look at the personnel page instead of a search through email attachments.
