Two ways it is used
Asset owners use AMPS to run their plant’s inspection program: create the assets and sub-assets, plan inspections, receive a flag a month before each is due, and let field staff open documents by scanning the equipment’s QR code. Inspection companies use it to manage client equipment with periodic schedules, for example a restaurant chain’s gas storage tanks inspected every two years.

Everything on the asset
In AMPS every asset and job carries a QR code. Scanning it opens the asset page and the history of jobs performed on it, assets can hold sub-assets, and jobs can be grouped, for example per shutdown. All AMPS data is available to Power BI, which is how customers compare job or shutdown performance, costs and time allocation.
