## What matters in NDT

A dispatch board that ignores certificates sends the wrong person. Supervisors need to see, at the moment of allocation, which technicians are qualified and available and which equipment is in calibration.

## Allocation in AMPS

In AMPS the supervisor assigns each job to an inspector with the instructions attached; the inspector sees it on their own jobs page with the details and deadlines. Personnel and equipment certificates are on their pages with expiry flags, and job statuses per asset show what is in progress, not started or finished.
