Why the distinction matters
A procedure that tries to cover every job becomes unusable; a technique sheet without an approved procedure behind it is unsupported. Keeping the two levels separate is how companies stay flexible and auditable at the same time.
In AMPS
Approved procedures live in your document library in OneDrive, SharePoint or Google Drive; job-specific technique details and the resulting report are attached to the job in AMPS, where the history feature records revisions and who uploaded them.
